My boyfriend is going to college to become a video game designer. I am kind of worried about our future financially, together because I don't know anything about this profession. Can anyone give me some information? Like where the big video game industries are located, how much they make, if people can do it from home and make just as much. Anything will help.

I'm looking for a new computer. I want to spend under $1000 dollars for the best desktop computer for gaming. Is there any quality units out there for the price that can hook up to my tv via VGA cable, as well as run on very low wifi with no difficulty? Thanks for any help!

I am not working for them (and i do not play games) , but a few years ago i prayerfully found what i believe was the best deal on PCs at Computerlx.com (AllPCZone): http://www.computerlx.com/products.aspx?category_ID=136

Scroll down and choose a model and customize, research parts. Get at least 4mb ram and a mobo that handles 16GB+ and at least a dual core 3.2ghz or more CPU, and up the power supply to an Antec 400 or more.

You will get Far more value there, plus lifetime good tech support by phone, versus the 1 year India tech with some many others.
