I want to build a camping PC My budget is around $1500, I want to be able to run games at their highest graphic setting and I would really love Dual monitors. And I want it to be able to functions as a regular desktop with gaming top priority. No windows 8. Thank you!

do you really plan to use this PC for camping? hmm, why not
btw, for that purpose you additionally need a car battery and a strong DC/AC converter
however, a laptop would be much more comfortable ;)

I'm basically looking for a computer under 900 euros, with room for improvement,
Like i want dual monitors and maybe improve the graphics card.
I would also like to have at least 500 GB of hard drive. And a good processor for gaming, not the extreme games, but just average games.

Also, what could be the best graphics card for that computer in a price range of 500 euros?

Use a Mother board with integrated graphics card!!!!!
Dual Core 2nd Gen. or core i3 in case of AMD athon X2
if you want to make this cheaper then go for AMD Processor!!!!!!
500 GB - 1TB HDD,
RAM 2 - 4 GB
Here is a Processor form AMD with Integrated GPU - AMD A4.!!!!!!!!!!
I will refer this processor for a Good Gaming Experience!!!!!!!!!!!
