How much does it cost to build a decent gaming computer?

I'm looking to play League of Legends on max settings but I'll also be using this computer for school work and such. My current computer gets like 20 fps on LoL so I'm looking for a BIG upgrade. Would it be cheaper to buy a power supply and a graphics card and just replace it with the parts in my current computer? Or if I do buy brand new parts I'm looking for quad core processor and an 8GB ram at least. The graphics card doesn't have to be super HIGH end because I just want to use it for LoL. Thanks. My budget is $700 but I'm looking to save as much money as possible. Already have a gaming keyboard and decent screen.

You don't need quad core for gaming, almost all games will only use one or two cores. And you won't be able to build around a quad core with $700.
For gaming forget about AMD, THEY SUCK!!! And what they sell for a quad core is in fact a dual core with 4 processing threads, AMD is full of it...
INTEL is the king in gaming.

How can I keep my room clean?

Normally I'd do a TON of research before I ask a question on Yahoo, but to be honest, I don't know how to word this in a Google search.

I have a really messy room. I mean REALLY. I know, you're already picturing this big room with a little tiny bit of clutter, but I am serious. There are three foot tall PILES of things in my room.
I'm a senior in high school, so it's really hard to find spare time, and if I don't do it all in a short amount of time, the stuff piles up again. I need help on how to either do it all really fast, or how to keep myself from letting it get messy again. I can't expect myself to get up every time I need to throw something away, that's what I tired last time, and you can tell how well that worked out.

I need EXTREME ideas here, people. I am seriously lazy, and that's not going to change anytime soon.
I know how creative the internet is, I'm hoping you can come up with something I haven't thought of before. (i.e. the usual stuff- music, making a game out of it, etc. - seriously. Be creative, please.)
Uhm, if it might help, I love writing, reading, and Sims. - Which also means I have a TON of notebooks and novels to add to the clutter. (Not to mention computer game cases I have NO idea what to do with.)

Any opinion is appreciated, I need all the help I can get. Thanks!

Just as soon as you've used something put it back in the place you found it so no mess will re occur. Place everything in one place and decide that thats where it'll go all the time. Get more storage space so you won't run out of room. Keep everything that's related to each other in the same area e.g clothes in one area, your DVDs in another, your paper work in another ect. If you have a really good clean out and sort what you need from what you don't then bin what you don't want and what you keep place in an area where it'll always be. You seem a little unorganised but once you have everything organised everything will be so much easier to do and find. yes at first it'll seem stupid and time consuming but once you have it all done you'll never go back and will love all the time you have from not having to search for everything
