I was looking to buy a custom gaming pc but i see that most websites do not ship to Dubai, UAE. I know that I can buy from websites and forward it through a shipping company but does anyone know any websites who do ship to Dubai/Internationally

Although it is possible, you get differences in wall electric power, customs/duties/handling charges, problems in warranties, damage in shipping. I certainly can tell you how to do it, but it is such a weak choice, I think you should either learn to build your own and find business that sell computer components, or look locally for computer experts and work locally. You typically do not save money buying complete and shipping it in.

This can also depend on how much you're wanting to spend, and how much you know about computers in general.

If you're wanting to build your own computer, Newegg.com has a very large selection of parts and accessories that you can build a computer from.

If you're not wanting to build you own, there are a lot of websites that you can purchase custom computers from, again, depending on how much you want to spend. Some of the higher end gaming computer websites are:

I recently bought an alienware aurora but had to return because of some technical issues. now i want to custom build my own gaming computer so i can play battlefield 3. is there any website where i can do that? not too expensive like brand name companies like dell cause they are over priced. thankyou

While it is more convenient having another company build for you you are going to be paying a premium that could be applied to better components if you build it yourself. Im looking to order a nice gaming computer from online, and i was wondering whats the best website to do so? My budgets around 900-950, i was planning ordering an alienware, but then i heard that not only are they really expensive, but they have alot of problems, and then i was going to order from cyberpowerpc.com, but then i heard that those computers have alot of trouble, ( cables broken on arrival, cd/dvd drives crooked, etc.) so whats the best website?

Well the BEST option is to order all the components online from NewEgg, Tiger Direct or Amazon and assemble everything yourself. But if you want the whole rig built and tested...

Cyber Power PC is fine. Probably the best site for a budget gaming computer- slightly better than Ibuypower (although now it appears they're the same company, selling both brands)

Here's the deal with problem units from Cyberpower (and Ibuypower):

The broken/DOA computers are usually ones purchased through other retailers who sell their standard pre-built models, and it almost always due to shipping/handling damage. The ones purchased directly from Cyberpower's site are fine. We purchased a couple and they've been rock solid. However, Cyberpower IS a budget brand... they don't use particularly high quality cases on their stock builds that are carried by Wal-Mart, Newegg etc. So it's easy for hard bumps/jolts to dislodge the drive bay covers, make a DVD drive crooked etc.

I think the more hands their units pass through before reaching the end user, the greater the chance that someone will mishandle the box and something gets knocked loose.

You might check Frys for Velocity Micro computers... those are nice performers and very well built.

Hi I am building a custom gaming computer, in order to sell and make a profit, so that I can use the money to buy better parts for a better one. If I were to sell my computer on the internet, what website would be good and trustworthy for selling it?

Probably craigslist is a good and easy place to start. It is simpler to use than ebay and totally free as well. also, you won't have to worry about shipping it anywhere. Just make sure you have some buddies around when people come over to see it, so they don't try to steal your stuff or anything. Never happened to me when i buy/sell on craigslist, but you hear stories online, and it's better to be safe. But I have had succes using craigslist for this sort of thing before. Make sure you put up lots of pictures, and that you are very detailed about your system specs. Also, i would write out an ad and have friends look at it before you put it up online.
