As the game hasn't been optimized yet, and is in fact still processor locked, there is no way to say how well it will run on your system at release, and at what settings you'll be able to run it. You should be okay at medium settings, I can't guarantee anything above that (high or ultra).

i currently own an alienware m11x and when i played the GW2 beta it lagged during group events which got me PISSED so im gonna upgrade what are ur suggestions and it must run most games on high and nothing crazy expensive

There is a computer Called the lan Warrior 2 for $759 if that's not to high priced you can customize it to. It should run guild wars 2 fine.

How much would it cost me to build my own gaming computer?

I would like to know around how much it would cost me to build a decent gaming computer , im going to have to save up over the summer , ill have the bones of 1200-1800 euro to spend on the system itself , not including the Monitor , keyboard , mouse etc .. , the thing is , the game im going to be playing on it 95% of the time will be Guild Wars 2 , right now im using my laptop , and to be honest its terrible , i have to run everything in minimum graphic settings and i only get 10-20 fps at most , it drops to 4-6 when im on a crowded place or a big animation takes place ideallyly , what i would like from the new computer is to be able to run it maximum settings and get around 25-40 fps if possible , ide be quite content with that ,dose anyone have any ideas on what i should be looking out for ? or any specific peices for it ?
P.S Im not talking about a gaming [laptop]

Will the Alienware x51 be able to play Guild Wars 2?

I want to get a computer that is strictly for gaming. I don't trust myself building my own and I know alienware make the best gaming computers (correct me if I am wrong). Does the x51 meet the minimum specs that just came out for Guild Wars 2? I would probably get the $699 version if it can play but will probably do the $899 version if completely necessary.
