Building a budget Intel based gaming PC:

Intel Core i3-2100 Dual-Core ($125) or i5-2500K Quad-Core ($220) with a socket LGA1155, Z68 chipset, SATA III, USB3.0 motherboard ($110 and up)
As all Intel stock CPU coolers suck, get an after market Coolermaster or Sunbeam twister with 120mm fan(s) CPU cooler and Arctic Silver thermal paste ($40 to $60)
RAM minimum 4GB (2 x 2GB) or 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 or 1333 G.Skill Ripjaws X Series
Hard drive: 500GB SATA III 7200rpm hard drive, I recommend Seagate Barracuda or Samsung Spinpoint.
At least a GeForce GTX460 or better graphics card ($140 and up)

with an AM3+ 990FX SATA III (6Gb/s) USB 3.0 motherboard ($130 and up)
A Cooler Master or Sunbeam Twister AM3+ CPU cooler, as the stock AMD cooler might not be good enough especially if you want to do overclocking. ($30 and up)
The rest is the same as for Intel based above.

I've watched a show recently on National Geographic Channel. It was about elephant rage. It was interesting. Is elephant rage normal among male bull elephants?, Or Is it a rather new phenomenon?

Where can I find a monitor with special features?

Interested in features like: widescreen LCD with built-in webcam and mike, built-in amplified speakers, swivel, and no less than 20 inches?

This kind of monitor should be equally good for chatting online, gaming and movies. A friend of mine told me that the only company in the world that makes monitors of that class would be Asus Corporation from India. Is this true? Any other suggestions?

Monitor:- Samsung:- Rs. 6000 - 12000 depending on the size
