I'm planning to buy a new gaming mouse,so i want to make sure about my decision!

Thanks in advance!

Answer
I would suggest go for Logitech g300/g400 if you want a good gaming mouse that is actually value for money. I have the g300 and love it. You can buy g400 for slightly more if you like moderately large mouses. G300 is moderate in size but led lights, on-board memory and all make it awesome.

G300 - 2500 DPI - 9 buttons
G400 - 3500 DPI - 8 buttons

Unless you are plugging in several monitors 2500 DPI is more than enough in my view. For FPS I play at 1250 -1750 DPI (fast switching) and I have resolution of 1920 x 1080. Enjoy!

How to monitor profit per minute in multiply "shops" where each shop has a max?

Foxlery

Ok this is a stupid Ipod app game, but I like math and i was curious how i could graph this as a function. I have multiply "shops" all working at the same time, a plant shop (max of 500 money makes 266 per minute), a lightning shop (max 250 makes 423 per minute), and a fire shop (max 15,000 makes 220 per minute. There are others but for the purpose of the example this is all the detail i want to include xD. Anyway i want to graph the function as a whole showing profit over time with individual shops limits... if this is extremely complicated feel free to just say so

Answer
It is complicated because you didn't explain what the number mean.

a plant shop (max of 500 money makes 266 per minute)

Does it make 266 money per minute? 266 plants? 266 what? I don't what the units are here.

Are we to assume that each shop is fixed at it's max level?

I think you need to explain what you are looking for in more detail.

Lets say that I understand that all your shops have the max money (whatever that means). So that the Plant shop is making 266 dollars per minute, and the lightning shop is making 423 dollars per minute and the fire shop is making 220 per minute.

Then your amount of money you are making is just the some of all your dollars per minute times the number of minutes.

Money made = (266 +423 +220) x Number of minutes

Money made = 909x Number of minutes

Then you can make a table of values.

Minutes Money made
0 0
1 $909
2 $1818

Etc. then graph this table.

Sorry

What would be a good graphics card for gaming?

My current graphics card is horrible and I would like to get a new one. What would be a good one for gaming? Also what would be one that has a good Price:Quality ratio? Thanks for the help.

Answer
well when people ask for good graphics cards youll always hear GTX 580 / GTX 590 or 6990
the truth is you dont need that much power.
look for a 7770 or something they are AMAZING value for money :)
people say " oh you need a 6950 or higher to run bf3 on ultra" those people dont know anything because ive played bf3 on a radeon HD 7770 using a 40 inch TV as a monitor on ultra just fine.
i dont own that pc but it was a cheap one from wow a few months back and a new gpu
so get anthing above 6750

the second number is the one that counts on each card for example
a 6770 is far better than
a 7570

same with GTX by nvidia

so dont waste your money on what people tell you, cause they are the same people that have big poweful expensive rigs. and they want it to seem like it was worth it.
have alook around there are so so many vids on youtube of mid range cards running ultra

but remember that you might need to look at other things such as your CPU, ram and PSU

if your psu cant handle your graphics card they are likely to both die on you.
not enough ram and itll bottleneck really badly, slow psu and you will have a really annoying stuttering.
all together but with a good gpu you will have a really clear HD slideshow :p

think of it like this
you will get more out of a i5 and a GTX 560 ti
than you would from a pentium and a 6970

How do you fix cheat engine when you enter the number but the game changes it back?

Patrick

i use cheat engine and enter the value i want and hotel city registers it but then a screen pops up going oops and then my number is changed back. Can anyone help?

Answer
I have tried countless times to fix this as well, but there is nothing that you can do. Facebook and MySpace games cannot be hacked by Cheat Engine. They have memory backups and personnel that monitor everything that happens in the game. If they detect anything out of the ordinary, they will reset the changes that you made.

So far, there is no way to get past the security. Sorry.

My monitor is only 60hz!!!!!! Its gonna cause me eye strains and it already probably did. I am getting a new graphics card cause my intergrated one sucks will the new graphics card let me make my monitor to higher hertz?

Answer
The max refresh rate of your monitor is a fixed value. The graphics card will only improve Frames per second when you're playing games etc. Since your eyes see everything at around 24 FPS, anything above that will appear smooth.

Answer
Okay, I'll just give you an example of parts that you need to build a decent gaming PC:

Here is an example:

Intel Core i3-2120 Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 2000 BX80623I32120 - $128

GIGABYTE GA-H61M-DS2 LGA 1155 Intel H61 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard - $55

G.SKILL Value 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9S-4GBNT - $20

HITACHI HDS721050CLA362 (0F10381) 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive - $80

ASUS EAH6670/DIS/1GD5 Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - $93 ($73 after rebate)

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - OEM - $100

TOTAL : $712.79 ($672.79 after rebate). This is a perfect example of a COMPLETE BUILD that is decent enough to let you play ALL GAMES on mid settings and some on high settings (depending on game's requirement and resolution you intend to play with).

NOTE : newegg parts and prices.

BTW, this is just an example and you could build an even better gaming PC depending on your budget of course =D

Basically, this is the CHEAPEST decent gaming PC that I could recommend to you.
