Playing pc games on a big screen tv question?

I am able to hook my pc up to my tv and play games on it. My question is this. Does playing the game on a bigger screen make it more taxing on the pc? Like would I get be able to play same settings on pc as tv without any slowdown or freeze ups?

To the PC, video out is video out. In fact, your TV's resolution is likely LOWER than that of your monitor.

Would you buy a tv that let people view different programs at the same time?

This would use shutter glasses. The program you are watching would fill the entire screen.
This could also replace splitscreen in videogames.
Another example: 4 people use a big screen projector at the same time, playing a pc game, no screen peaking, they use the entire screen, they all view it at the same time.
If such technology existed would you use it? Would you want to see this in future game consoles?

And audio? Headphones? A bit awkward to wear headphones to watch TV.

In any case, your scheme requires the screen to display at least 4 times as fast
