A self build would be the best option if you can manage it. i7's are the best gaming processors and also HP has the best gaming pcs and laptops. Otherwise check these out:-

What are the best 120mm and 140mm computer case fans for airflow?

I want to upgrade the case fans on my gaming rig. Airflow is important obviously so I wanted some opinions on the best 120mm and 140mm case fans for airflow, Price isnt much of an issue and neither is sound. I am mainly looking at the Silverstone AP121 or something from Noctua. Any experiences with these? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Aerocool shark,enermax apollish,gelid is a good runner up that is somewhat quiet, And finally Delta fastest and loudest, aside of feser but delta are more like the corvette with a steady wine and constant airflow with feser being the quietest of the fastest and only coming in a 120mm option.
