I have a AMD Athlon II 630 Quad-Core Proccesor. 4GB DDR3 system memory. windows 7.64 bit. and a ATI Radeon HD 4200 integrated graphics. My budget is under 500. I want to be able to play diablo 3 in highest settings and all the new games that will come out.

Answer
I can't help you to choose a graphics card as you will need to check what motherboard and power supply you have.

When looking for a graphics card the best thing to do is check if you have PCI-e slots and what version they are. You will also need to check what wattage your power supply is, make sure it has enough wattage for the graphics card. 500$/£ is easily enough to afford a good enough graphics card to run Diablo 3, and if you get the current series of new graphics card it will be future proofed for any games in the next 3 - 5 years or so. Also check the connections of the graphics card to see if it will work with your monitor although converters are widely sold if not.

After checking all these, you need to find a graphics card suitable for your motherboard and power supply.

Are there any new desktop towers without an integrated graphics card?

What's a cp?
No screen - no monitor.

Your terminology sucks.
