I want to record my pc screen while I play a video game, but I don't know what to use. I also want to be able to record xbox games. And while I do that, it would be nice if it could record my face, too. What program(s) should I use?

I love http://www.screentoaster.com/, because it will record your screen in high quality, and it is free, AND you don't have to install the program, it is just on the internet and then it will save your video on your computer.
