best gaming computer to build image
im looking at getting a gaming computer built for me for around $1500. what would i need so it can easily run big games like crysis and MW2 when it comes out??
Answer
its its available i recommend you buy the latest issue of pc powerplay.it tells you all the parts you need.
note: if you get a core i7 you have to get a capable motherboard and dd3 ram
i tell you cheapest to best.
CPU: core 2 due intel CPU, core 2 quad cpu, core i7 cpu.
RAM: 4gb dd2 800 mhz ram, 4gb ddr 3 ram
GRAPHICS CARD: gtx 250, gtx 275, gtx 285, gtx 295
or you could get something from ati, I dont know much about ati cards
MOTHERBOARD: i dont know much about motherboards but iv only heard good things about my p5n - d , if you get a core i7 you cant use this board
PSU: about a 700 watt from a good company like gigabyte or asus.
harddrive: whatever you want, 500gb is pretty cheap but. solid state drives are pretty small on storage capacity but are VERY fast.
CASE: whatever you want but make its its big.
and dont forget a dvd drive

I have a budget of around $150 for this part of a gaming computer build. I need help choosing the best processor in that price range
ASRock 970 EXTREME3 AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Answer
For $150, this is the best processor for gaming that I would like to recommend:
AMD Phenom II X4 975 Black Edition Deneb 3.6GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Desktop Processor HDZ975FBK4DGM - OEM - $140

Or if you could stretch your budget a bit, this one is better:
AMD Phenom II X4 980 Black Edition Deneb 3.7GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Desktop Processor HDZ980FBK4DGM - OEM - $160
