Answer
You are about to build my system (besides using a 7750 instead of 6750) , in 2013.. I hope you aren't using over 1440x900 , or just over 720p as a monitor. The 7750 and Athlon II X4 isn't going to cut it at 1080p.
Anyway, I suggest you move on to an intel build if you want to spend that cheap. The Athlon II X4 is now $75 , so I'd suggest a G2010 instead. Or really a 2020 , or i3-3220 if possible. You'll find in games the i3 will murder the Athlon II X4.
But if you are hard set on AMD, I'd get an AsROCK with AM3+ that also supports the AM3 Athlon II X4 . I wouldn't mess with Biostar personally.
You'll find that the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157323 supports both the Athlon II X4 and the newer ones. But so does the ASUS product, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131795 with 3x the warranty.
edit: also http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=214 http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story4&reid=214 . So yes.

You want to play Heavy games . I am giving You the best -
Criteria = DDR 3 , 64 Bit
Monitor = 3D , HDMI . ( ASUS VG248QE suggested )
Cabinet : Cooler Master
RAM : Corsair ( DDR 3 ) , 8 GB ( 4 GB Per slot )
Processor : AMD FX 8350 -> The best processor of 2013 , it can beats i7 also .
Motherboard : Ask the Vendor which Motherboard is best according to the Processor .
SMPS : Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 600 W
Graphic Card : 2GB , Open-GL 4.3 Compatible , 3D , FULL HD , HDMI , DDR 5 and Latest Edition ( AMD suggested you can also use NVIDIA )
DVD Drive : Blu-Ray supported , BD-R Dual Layer , BD-RE Dual Layer ( LaCie d2 Blu-ray suggested )
Mouse , Keyboard : Multimedia , Gaming Keyboard . ( Microsoft suggested , you can also use Logitech )

I think these configuration will give the best gaming experience ever as it is almost the highest level Computer configuration of 2013 .
