I'm going from a like 2008-2009 compaq monitor and if someone can tell me the specs of a compaq monitor at that time would be great and then I ordered a Samsung 24 in led s24a300b with 5 ms is that good for gaming? Thanks and btw games include like darksiders dead space league of legends etc

the better the sensor, the byproduct will be a higher DPI/CPI.
i have a 1080P monitor and play at 1600-2200 CPI and usually turn down the games sensitivity to like 1 or something.
you can manually adjust the DPI/CPI using the software for the mouse.
really choosing a mouse comes down to
-price
-what games you play
-your grip style
since price isnt a matter, then it depends on what games you like to play and your grip style.
if you are more into fps games and not so much into mmos or rpgs and stuff, you probably dont need a ton of mosue buttons, so getting like a 5-8 button mouse would probably be best.
maybe something like a roccat kone+ xor kone pure, or something like the corsair M65. But both of these mice are smaller and likely better for either smaller hands for palm grip or claw grip for people with slightly bigger hands.
(i have the corsair mouse and i like it, the only other fps mouse ive considered was a roccat one)
i also play mmorpgs, and the logitech g600 is amazing for that.
