My husband got mad at a video game and the computer chair wheel went through the wall. im getting ready to leave the apartments im in and i figure its going to be cheaper to fix it myself than the managers to..so what do you think?

Pretty simple fix...
You want to get wall patch which goes by alot of different names. (plaster, joint compound, spackle to name a few) And a mesh patch http://www.fuzing.com/vli/001396b32377/Fiberglass-mesh-wall-patch large enough to cover the hole. Put it on the wall put the compound over it. Sand it down... You will need to put about 3 coats on it. Then match the paint. The paint will need to be several coats that you let dry in between to match the sheen of the existing wall ( To match the paint you can get a small can at the store or ask the super if he has any) There seems to be a texture to it ...you will need to match that texture to the best of your ability with the wall compound.

I am going to buy a lot of stuff for my gaming set up soon and I need a little help on what to get. I need a gaming monitor. I need a microphone to record commentaries for my videos (livestreams, let's plays, and regular gameplay). The best quality computer chair, and a desk to hold all of this stuff and my other electronics (headsets, game systems etc.). All of your help is appreciated.

It depends on your budget. How much are you prepared to put.
Monitors, Headset, are least of your concerns
You'll need a powerful PC for high performance and live streaming for at least 5 years.
NVidia gtx Titan is thee latest graphics card which is 1000 dollars.
