Hello, i want to know whats a good gaming monitor that i could buy for no more than 300 pounds. The computer i have is an alienware aurora.
My alienware costed about 1k 500 pounds

You want something with a high contrast ratio like (>40000:1)
(dont worry too much about the contrast ratio, but dont go below 20k:1)
very low response time (2ms)

Then I'd get the largest size monitor that has those things, is within your price range and is a brand name you have heard of.

What is the best gaming monitor for me to buy for HD graphics?

I am currently looking for a gaming monitor or tv that can support my xbox 360 and gain the full potential from it. I need a monitor or tv at a decent size eg 23 inch + that can run full 1080p HD
and has the ability to display insanely fast moving images with no lag. Currently I have £700 to spend.
