best gaming computer no budget image
Zachary Su
I want to upgrade my gaming computer. My budget is $200.
AMD Phenom II X4 2.8GHz
ATI Radeon HD 5770
4GB DDR3 Memory
Biostar Tseries motherboard
600W Power Supply
What parts should I upgrade for better performance? Remember I have a $200 budget!
Answer
if you want a serious ease of overclocking get the msi nf980-g65 and get a black edition eg phenom ii 965 be it comes with a oc switch
its not much extra then you can oc your cpu, ram and graphics card try and get at least 650 watts i would recomend around 850 then you can easily upgrade in the future and make sure the ram you get fits and is supported by the motherboard and that the mobo provides the right voltage for the ram required

Whats the best desptop gaming computer for my budget?
Nnnnnnnnnn
I have a budget of $4000.00 for the computer and a good monitor. What gaming computer is best within that price range. I have built computers in the past but I don't have tome to do that so I'll have to stick with a pre-fabricated one.

I'm sure you know you can get a much better PC if you build it yourself, but I understand why you want a prebuilt.
Specifically, I would go with this one:

It's as good as it gets, and it owns Alienware's top of the line system, whilst being $2k cheaper. (GTX 680 sli vs. HD 6950 sli)
