I have a Toshiba Satelite C655 with 4 gbs of ram and an integrated Intel HD 2000 graphics card. I don't have any money to buy an actual gaming computer, so what games can I run on it?

Intel graphics are not suited for gaming at all. Any games you can run will likely be limited to older games from before 2010 release year. Check this site out for a clearer idea.

I'm planning on building a gaming desktop computer, but I don't have the money to buy everything all at once. I was planning on buying things at different times. So my question is what should I buy first and last? I'm thinking processor last because of how much faster they can get in a year, but as for everything else like gpu and ram, idk where to start.
