best gaming computer under 700 image

I have a few questions.
1) Will I have to put it together myself? Or is there a site that will put it together themselves with what I want in it?
2) Is there any type of things I should be looking for? Specific specs, graphic cards, etc.
3) Can I make at least a gaming computer under 700 dollars that will run Battlefield 3 (And 4) on max settings? And any game like that, to be exact.
I have always gotten pre-made ones, but these are my only questions. Any help will be appreciated, thanks!

1. there are sites where they can help u build ur custom pc (eg. http://www.cyberpowerpc.com , http://avadirect.com/ , http://digitalstormonline.com/ )
2. for gaming pc look for anything above gtx560 or gtx 650 or hd7770, for cpu a dual or quad core i5 is sufficient, ssd will also improve u gaming exp (but it means that u will have little storage, so for ur budget just go with hdd)
3.for ur budget max setting (with 1650 x 1050 and beyond) may result in under 30fps but from my exp is still playable, just lag occassionally

What would be good gaming computer parts for under $700?

Alright so I really would like to build my own gaming pc that can run amazing games at little to no lag for under $700. Does anyone have any ideas on what parts I should use (ps I already bought the DVD drive an I still need a monitor, keyboard, and mouse)? Thanks in advance.

Well for one thing, try to spend as much as possible of your 700 bucks on the core components: video card, processor, memory, motherboard and power supply. Get everything else as cheaply as you possibly can.
And by cheap I mean, get them for free if possible. Like for example if you've got an old computer, get them out of that.
Beyond that it's a matter of shopping. Just get everything at newegg.
I like to get all intel and nvidia stuff, but you might get a budget system going for less with amd. I'll let somebody else advise you on that.
