I am moving to the UK. What do I need to make my X Box 360 work?

I am planning to buy a PC monitor/TV when I get there.
Games: I plan to order american games and ship them to my address.

Unsure about power converter: Microplay guys told me the big grey box acts as a transformer.

I am looking to have my ps3 in the same room as my computer, and the only way for me to do this is to have the ps3 be played on my computer monitor. I am pretty sure this is capable of doing through the research I have done. However I am wondering if the monitor has an HDMI input, do I need a DVI converter, or can I save a good $100 and just hook the playstation into the HDMI input? Is this possible, and will it work well?

Short answer: Yes, you can do it (without the converter). But make sure you have a widescreen monitor that is HDCP compliant.
