Zack YOU
Hi there,
I want to purchase or make a gaming PC for under 1000 dollars.
The only problem with making one is that I am really worried about putting it together. I have no prior experience. I have heard of a website that you can customize your own computers and they will put it together for you. Is there such a place?
I have 1000 dollars, any suggestions?
Thanks!
I'm looking for a desktop not a labtop, thanks!
Answer
making a computer is very easy, no prior experience needed at all, just follow the instructions on motherboard's manual. then you have to choose between amd and intel, i would recommend amd. actually with 1000 you can have the best gaming pc.
cpu: amd phenom II x6 1090T
mobo: ASRock 770 EXTREME3
ram: 2 x 2gb ddr3 1333
psu: minimum 500 watt
graphic card: any decent geforce card costing at least 150 $ !

Answer
why buying a prebuilt when you can build it yourself, just read few tutorials about assembling the computer parts;
if you're interested to learn, here's the link:

and here' the link to a good gaming desktop which you can buy the parts from newegg or tigerdirect.

my recommendation: NEVER buy prebuilt system, ALWAYS build it by yourself.
