Answer
All you need is the tower, hardware and OS? So in other words, you have a mouse, keyboard and monitor and you're 13 or 14 years old. *sigh!* Well I'll try but I think you're full of BS. Also, you're not getting SLI, you're getting CrossfireX because you can't afford SLI. Deal with it.

WinXP Home SP2 - $95
AMD Athlon LE-1640 2.6GHz CPU - $40
MSI K9A2 CF-F Motherboard - $90
Sappfire Radeon HD 3870 - $85
Patriot PC6400 2GB RAM - $25
LG DVD-RW Drive - $25
Seagate 250GB HD - $45
PowerUp Black Gamer ATX Case w/450watt PS -$40
Cooler Master R4-L2R-20CR-GP Case Fan x 2 - $16

That comes to $461, it's the best I could do.

Best laptop for gaming under $500?

I need a laptop around $500 capable of playing most modern games, on medium to high settings. I m looking for it to have at least 1 gb of video ram. I dont care all that much about the processor. Thank you!
