If you want to run any game without being lagged by crap, the first thing you want to get rid of is the Norton garbage, We in the IT field refer to it as bloatware, it basically hogs the processor even when running dormant. The free antivirus programs are just as good and less process intensive, I actually laugh at people who pay for that commercial garbage they label Norton.

The other thing I would do is replace that god awful PSU and drop in at least a 750w, other than that it seems like a relatively decent machine for the task at hand.

On a final note, you may still have issues running GTA:IV on that unit due to an incompatibility issue with ATI graphics cards, The work around for this (it's not perfect, but it helps) is make sure MipMap detail is set to the highest setting (yeah, I know this sounds like it should be the opposite, but it works) and be sure you have the very latest drivers for the card.

Be aware though, not all games will run as great as you hope, many games do not have the capacity or programming to use more than one or two of those processor cores, so though a 6core may sound awesome, sometimes it can be a let down.

The 6850 card is a semi decent entry level GPU, but be aware the cooling on these aren't too great, and when they heat up they stutter, if they continue to be overheated, it will become a problem, even when cold, if you do plan to game for extended periods of time, you may want to think about getting a better cooling system installed, or at the very least lobbing in a few more cooling fans.

(do'nt add anymore fans until you get a better PSU though, I'm doubtful it could handle too much more drain.)
