My current computer is about shot and I would love to have a nice gaming computer for when Diablo 3 comes out. What is a solid computer I can build that would Play Diablo 3 and more with no problem for around 300-500 dollars?

I am looking to build a pretty nice gaming computer mainly to play Diablo 3. I have never built a computer before so I am not exactly sure where to begin. I know I want it to easily handle the recommended settings for diablo 3. Can anyone recommend a full desktop setup for around 800?
