according to abc news obama is winning in 1/3 of the electoral votes needed to win by 6 to 12 %. Oh, PA AND FL.

Romney owns Rasmussen polling service, and has major shares in Gallup polls. All the rest of the polling agencies show Obama with a heavy Lead in the swing states.

Should I purchase a MacBook Pro 17" i7 Processor or wait until the new one gets announced?

I am starting a new job soon and will be saving up for an iPhone 4S and then eventually a new Macbook Pro 17" i7 processor. Should I purchase a MacBook Pro 17" with an i7 Processor or wait until Apple releases its new MacBook Pro 17"?

At WWDC 2012, Apple will release Mac OS 10.8 "Mountain Lion" for all of their new Mac's. At this time, Apple will refresh a bunch of their computers, including the MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, and possibly the Mac Mini and Mac Pro lines. WWDC is in July.

Also, Intel (the manufacturer of the i7) just released their new "Ivy Bridge" processors. The current generation MacBook Pro's use the "Sandy Bridge" processor, Intel's last generation processor, because they have not been refreshed since the release of Ivy Bridge. The key differences between and Sandy and Ivy Bridge is that Ivy Bridge runs faster, cooler/quieter, and more efficiently.

So, moral of the story, wait. Not only will your new computer be faster for gaming and things of the such, but you should get better battery life. There shouldn't be much, if any, price difference with the current 17-inch MacBook Pro's and the new ones.

Also, don't buy an iPhone 4S now. Wait for the iPhone 5, which will be coming out in September or October. Just wait for now.
