I want to upgrade my current nvidia gt 530 to a nvidia gefore 760. I noticed from research that the 760 requires a greater power supply of at least 500. my current power supply only gives 460. So i was wondering which power supply is a good/decent one. Also, any reviews on this card would be much appreciated. (:

550W is little headroom, 750-850W is totally overdoing it. Whole modern gaming computer with i5-3570k or 4670k and GTX760 uses only about 300W of power, maybe 400W when everything overclocked, so how much headroom you actually need for it?

GTX 760 is a budget-oriented card that outpaces AMD's HD 7950 as well as its own,Nvidia is saying this is the final card in the 700-series, so there you have it - this is the lineup for what we assume will be most of 2013 from Nvidia. So dont expect any Ti versions of this card.
This card is best buy atm comparing price/performance.

What would be the case if the Snowden leak only made the papers, in order to cover up a different leak?

From the way this cat and mouse game is playing out, I must speculate that Edward was smart enough to back up all the files on a secluded computer operating on an internal timer. If Edward is not allowed to contact the person in contol of that computer on a regular basis, or if he is not shown to be out of harm's way as a good sign, then the monitor will stop doing his duty, the trigger will trip and it will begin to dump the data onto the web. This is his fail safe (a sort of dead man's switch), and the remaining information is NOT something that major governments and their intelligence communities around the world wish to have displayed before the public.
